DSC
Industrialisation Conference on
St-Gallen,
Switzerland
11th
13th September 2007
History
Following the success of the 1st Dye Solar Cell
Industrialisation Conference (DSC-IC) in Australia last
year, the 2nd DSC-IC will be held in St-Gallen,
Switzerland from 11th to13th September
2007, as part of Nanoeurope Fair Conferences. The conference
will be of significant interest to industrialists and
investors seeking real data on DSC. Product designers;
architects will gain insight into the advantages of DSC
compared to classical photovoltaics; researchers will gain
an understanding of the key industrial performance criteria
so they can better direct for commercial
outcomes.
This conference brings together academic
researchers, developers, industrial organizations, and
government research organizations working on the challenges
to introduce the Dye Solar Cell into the broad solar power
community.
Some Highlights
The DSC Industrialisation Conference has now
released the official program of speakers presentations.
Three highlights will be the presentations by Kevin Tabor of
G24i and Masashi Ikegami of Peccell Technologies. G24i is

roll-to-roll processing lines.
Dr Tabor will provide an update on the first-off products from
the plant in South Wales. Peccell have been a recognised
leader in plastic substrates for DSC. Dr Ikegami will
present further advances in their all-plastic devices. To
